Games in full screen mode

For Linux Pop OS what is the launch option that set the games such as Counter-Strike 1.6 or Counter - Strike GO without those black bars

I've tried already the

-nomsaa -nofbo -nojoy -full -32bpp 

and the

-full

Command, but the first one it makes the width much bigger and if i go with the mouse to the right for example , the hole game will shift to the right  and also it changes the screen resolution

And the second one doesn't work at all .
