Maybe a graphics issue?

When ever I boot my pc up it will run fine until I, lets say 1 hour into playing I complete a tarkov game or close a game. After I do one of those things it starts stuttering and my audio lags and same with screen then it eventually freezes and I have to hard restart it. But after restarting it, it doesn't happen again until I next turn my pc on.😭
