Other details iam new to pc and looking to build a tower to hook up to my 65 in TV and stereo also need to be able to run multiple controllers like for hotas setups controller mouse and keyboard

I'd recommend to go on to pc part picker and look at build guides https://pcpartpicker.com/ and go to build guides https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/ . Look around and see something for 700 dollars.
