Noctua NF-F12 are fantastic fans, but a lot of people don't like the aesthetic (you can't see them in a lot of cases if you mount them in pull, also doesn't matter if you don't have a windowed side panel.). Silverstone AP121s and AP123s (AP123s are pretty new fans, but I trust Silverstone) are good choices. Corsair SP120s are widely used, most people really like them, and they look great. Scythe Gentle Typhoon AP-15s are really well liked. Noise Blocker NB-eloop fans are fairly well regarded. Check out reviews and stuff on those, and pick depending on whatever is most important to you (aesthetics, performance, noise, etc.). I can personally vouch for NF-F12s and SP120s, and Linus vouches for Silverstone fans, and uses them in his personal rig.

Noctua NF-F12s are the cream of the cream. Best CPU cooler fan out there as long as you don't mind the looks. I'll vouch for the SP120s as well since I use them on my H100i, they push a great amount of air. The quiet edition ones perform quite well too and are well, quiet as the name suggest lol :p

many people may recommend the sp120, but the sp 120 is really loud, if you make them quiet, they produce absolutely no pressure. for performance and silence, get the nf-f12
