Is my mobo getting shorted?

so yesterday i made post about my mobo does not post, boot or entering bios 

 

and while inspecting the mobo, i found some leaked traces, like this on the back of the ram connector

does my mobo got damaged? should i replace my mobo?

If that is true, then the pc wouldn't function and you would have a dead pc.
