Computer freezes

Hey I built my pc a couple years ago with the help of LTT and I’m having an issue I can’t seem to resolve elsewhere so was wondering if anyone could help. 
 

A couple of months ago my pc would freeze randomly, a quick reset would fix the problem for a couple days. Then it started happening more frequently so I started looking up reasons online and most of them pointed to software so I deleted files that I installed around that time. The freezes didn’t stop, in fact they became more frequent. To the point where my pc was freezing multiple times a day. I said enough was enough and did a complete reinstall of windows a couple days ago. And it was working until.. today. The crashes will happen completely randomly. Gaming, watching videos and even when I go afk with nothing running. 
 

I now think it’s a hardware issue and was wondering if there were any diagnostic tools to help me figure out which part is failing or how SOL I really am. Please and thank you for any response.
