Planning for upgrade

Country: Philippines

Good day guys, I'm planning for an upgrade. I'm planning to replace my motherboard and GPU. I don't really often play triple A games. Most games I played is FPS, MOBA, and RPG games (Genshin impact)

My current setup:

CPU: Ryzen 3 1200

MOBO: MSI B350M PRO-VDH

GPU: gtx 1050ti

Ram: 16GB hyperx

Storage: Seagate 1TB &  Samsung 250GB ssd

PSU: Corsair 650watt

My plan setup:

CPU: Ryzen 3 1200

MOBO: MSI B450M Gaming plus

GPU: gtx 1650 or gtx 1650 super

Ram: 16GB hyperx

Storage: Seagate 1TB &  Samsung 250GB ssd

PSU: Corsair 650watt

My budget is around $320(16000php)

I not really sure what GPU to get, or if the MOBO is okay, and lastly if the PSU is enough in this build. Thank you in advance for your help guys.
