Computer won’t turn on!!! please help

Hey guys I was hoping someone could answer this question for me. I’ve been having this problem ever since I built my pc. Sometimes when I try to turn my pc on it doesn’t turn on at all, I then have to take out the CMOS battery and put it back it, and then when I turn it on it turns on and works fine. Does anyone know why this is happening or how I could fix it?

Perhaps you have not placed the cables on the motherboard in the correct order.

(The small ones at the bottom right of the motherboard . Sorry, I can't remember the name of those things)

Do you mean front panel connector?

Is it plugged in? Is it turned on? Are you sure? No, really.

I recommend updating your BIOS, taking out all your RAM, blowing it off, and putting it back in, making sure both sides click firmly. Same with GPU - take it out, blow, put it back in and make sure it fits well.
