Explain parameters

Hello guys, can someone give link for explanation of these parameters or can explain it shortly? : 

-SFUs

-TPCs

-GPCs

-FP16 units , FP64 , INT32 

-Register file 

-Shading units

And one more question is does all shading units are cuda cores or stream processors ? Because the number of it equals the same as cuda cores or SP , or shading units are other name for it? I know there is diffrence between cuda and SP. So does all nvidia cards have cuda cores? Or the shading units was introduced first and then cuda cores and SP but people still call it sometimes shading units?
