Logitech Streamcam FPS problem

My Logitech Streamcam has a quite low fps, near like 15 max. 
How do i fix it? Have been searching on google for a small amount of time, and didn't came to a solution

Well, a quick search for me came up with people saying they can't get steady FPS in 1080p, or even 720p despite plugging it in a USB-C 3.1 port and its cable being rated as such - but once plugged in either in a 3.0 USB-C port or through an adapter that would be 3.0 compatible - it fixed their FPS issues.
