COD: warzone crashing

so i downloaded warzone a few days ago and i've barley been able to play it do to crashing and freezing. the most common error message ive gotten is disc read error [6. 154] 'mp_frontend10.fp' does anyone know how to fix this? I've also got some like disc read error [6.154] 'mp_don4.fc' and disc read error [6. 154] 'common_mp.fp.
