Should this still work?

Hey all,

 

I just got this B-250 in the mail and it said it was used. Upon further inspection I saw that there was a good amount of exposed copper and traces exposed. Should this be able to work? I am getting the PSU this week and will try to test it the following. Here are some of the pictures.

That thing is fried, I wouldn't feel comfortable putting my CPU and ram in there to test it. I'd honestly question the person you bought it from and double check if the listing mentioned it was damaged like that. I would just return it personally.

Yeah thats what I am thinking too to be honest. I bought it off a Newegg seller called Corn Electronics. Never again
