warzone crash message

so I downloaded COD warzone a few days ago and it has crashed every time I have played it. I get either "dev error 6068" or (the one i get way more) disc read error [6.154]: 'common_mp.fp'. I've got no idea what this means or how to fix it. I have tried reinstalling the game and that did nothing. any help is greatly appreciated.

i get this error sometimes but only when either changing graphics settings or the game itself freezes up for longer than a minute i don't know how to fix it nor have i tried figuring a way to fix it as it doesn't happen to me often enough for me to care but will follow just because hope someone knows how to fix it.
