I recently bought a new pre-build pc. But the pc has problems. When I first downloaded windows on it then it crashed alot and in the end it didnt even turn on. I sent the pc to the factory and it took a week for me to get it back. They said the RAM was faulty and that they changed it and now it should be fine. Now the pc turns on and I can do my school work and watch videos and stuff. But when I try to play videogames it just underperforms alot. I play on a 1080p monitor running at 144hz, I play tom clancys rainbow six siege. On my old pc I had a GTX 1050ti and my avg. frames in r6 was around 130-150 but on the new pc i get around 50-70 fps. What should I do.

Seeing as the 5600X doesn't have an integrated GPU i'm a little confused, also what motherboard and RAM do you have? please provide screenshots of those too.

In the meantime all i'm able to advise you with are the basics:

Update your BIOS to the newest

Update your GPU Drivers

Is the Display Cable plugged into the GPU and not the MotherBoard

...and the infamous, have you tried turning it off and on again? <3

Much love and good luck, sorry to hear about your issue.

Without knowing much more about the computer it's really update your bios, update your gpu, update windows as the only thing we can tell you.

This would be similar to if I came to my mechanic and said, my 4.2 L engine with premium gas doesn't go as fast as my 3.6L engine with regular gas. It's not enough information for him to tell you anything meaningful about the reason.
