How to properly power graphics card that takes two 8 pin or 6+2

Do Option B

Hello,

I'm getting a graphics card that consumes 200 watts. The card's spec says for power it requires "two available 8-pin or 6+2pin PCIe power dongles". The PSU I'm using is modular and came with two PCIe 8 pin (6+2) cables. The cables actually split the 6+2 into two, so you end up with an 8 pin and two 6+2 pin connectors. I'm thinking this is to allow connecting both ports of the GPU using only one cable, but that doesn't really make sense to me. I'm not sure what the voltage going through the cable is, but I feel like the gauge of the cable cannot support 200 watts. So my other thought is to use two of these splitter cables, connecting only one of the 6+2 connectors to the GPU.

Since images are far easier to convey meaning, I've attached an image showing the different options I've described.

Thanks!
