NVME removed from boot priority when restart ??

Hello.

so i just got my new components and wanted to put it together and starts playing, but if i turn the power off the NVME shows up in bios under boot priority but then when i restart the pc its gone from boot priority. What to do ? 

Specs.

AMD 5600x

GTX 1060

16 GB hyperx 3200 Mhz

tuf b550 pro

650W Corsair RM gold

NVME Kingston (serialnumber) RBUSNS8154P3256GJ

Try saving your settings manually, since most motherboards dont autosave settings. Hit f10 and then exit.

Try switching your Motherboard from UEFI to legacy (or BIOS) or from legacy to UEFI
