Help with CalDigit ts3 plus

Hello everyone,

 

So I have Dell XPS 13 connected to a caldigit ts3 plus and everything work grate...

 

My company just gave me a HP Probook 640 G5 it has a usb-c port (USB 3.1 Type-C Gen 1 (fornecimento de energia, DisplayPort)), and when I connect to it it just charges the laptop...

 

Is there any way to make this work?
