(Lian Li Uni Fans) L-Connect Not Working, Please Help!

hi, i've tried everything from unplugging USB and reconnecting them (it did worked for a day, then next day after turning the PC back on, the application doesn't work anymore), and i've tried uninstalling the LIAN LI USB from device manager and the L-Connect and reinstalling them as administrator (didn't work). if you guys know how to fix this issue, please let me know; this is very annoying.

 

SPECS:

x570 ASUS Dark Hero VIII

9 Lian Li Uni Fans SL120mm (3x daisy chained) + Fan Controller
