What drivers do I need?

I am doing a new system win7 install. What drivers do I need for my system and where do I get them?

 

CPU-FX 4130

Motherboard-Asus Sabertooth 990FX

GPU-Powercolor 2gb 6950

 

Is there anything else I need drivers for? Its been well over 10 years since I last did this on my own.

 

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Go to the motherboard site. Download all the relevant ones. 

Also, go to AMD for your gpu driver.

you will need your motherboard and chipset drivers as well as GPU drivers.  You can get them on the manufacterers website.
