is 32GB of 3200 MHZ worth getting to make gaming performance better ? or 16GB of 3200 MHZ is acceptable  ?  I understand it all depends on what your doing obviously but I'm just curious.

If you need more than 16, yes. If not, no.

It depends how much you multitask, many people will benefit from 32GB these days. Windows is great at actively managing ram usage these days, combined with fast PCIe SSD's and many people don't even realize its happening and that they are actually capped on their 16GB. They would notice 32GB is better though, they just think the few MS delays when using their pc is normal 

 

If your consistently at 70%+ ram usage, windows is likely micromanaging your ram usage for you. If your rarely using that much than you probably don't need more, unless you want it for a specific task.

Not that much. even just gaming, only 38% usage of my memory is being used which is good actually but i really appreciate you taking the time to help me understand my question. Thank you.

oh okay gotcha and yeah, I personally don't multitask that often between gaming and using my PC for normal use.
