Hello everyone. This week my new parts to upgrade my PC arrived. Not my first build but I'm also not super experienced. These are the parts I ordered and the ones I am keeping:

Asus TUF B450-Pro Gaming (new)

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X (new)

16GB of Ballistix RAM (2X8)

AMD Radeon RX 5700XT

Some Corsair 750W PSU

Now, I put everything into a new case as my old one had horrible airflow. Everything is all cabled up, I connect it to power and... nothing. The motherboard lights up and all fans spin continuously, but the GPU doesn't light up, fans don't spin, none of the ports give me any visuals on the screens.

I thought maybe the PCIE slots were dead, so I ordered the same board again and just put everything together, but again, nothing. I put the 5700XT  into my old PC and it lit up, fans spin and all was well, so I know the GPU isn't dead. I even put an old NVIDIA GTX 960 in the new build, which does light up and the fans do spin but I still get no visuals.

I read something about someone having an issue with the PCIE lanes not being "enabled" in the BIOS, but since my CPU doesn't have onboard graphics, I can't check the BIOS. Does anybody know what else to do but buy another new motherboard?

Edit: I put the 5700XT into my old guest PC (that previously housed the GTX 960) and got it to boot and show visual with no issue, so I 100% know it isn't a dead GPU, cable or monitor issue.

You probably need to flash bios on motherboard. If you have a 1000/2000 series ryzen, then put that in and flash to later than 2409 https://www.asus.com/Motherboards-Components/Motherboards/TUF-Gaming/TUF-B450-PRO-GAMING/HelpDesk_CPU/
