Posted July 16, 2021 I'm using an iPhone 8 and I don't have any urgent charging needs but I would like the extra convenience of having my phone charge quicker. I'm current using a 10W adapter with a normal USB to lightning cable, would it be worth the 20 or 30 dollars and couple of days waiting to order a 20W adapter and USB-C to lightning cable, or am I better off sticking with my current charger and adapter that work fine? Posted July 16, 2021 Faster charging will result in better battery lifespan. I like to stay @ 1 AMP. my 12 Pro Max is still at "100% Original Capacity" after over 6 months with it. So I should get a better charger just for the extra battery lifespan?

That can be a *huge* killer on battery lifespan. imo, just stick with a good quality 10w wired charger. Nah I've never used a wireless charger. Didn't even know iPhones had wireless chargers tbh.
