mavericks upgrade???

Hi everyone!

 

In regards to mavericks and all the issues that were prevalent i am not sure whether or not I should upgrade from mountain lion to mavericks, could you help me and tell me what issues if any you had with mavericks and what was beneficial. 

 

I currently have a rmbp with a Windows petition via bootcamp and I am not sure whether or not the upgrade will slow down OSX or not

On my macbook 2010, mavericks made the startup slow and overall it was not snappy at all, so i had to revert back to mountain loin. I'm not sure about the rmbp.
