Does anyone know how to fix this lag issue with Aura RGB?

If i choose the lighting to pulsate it's really choppy and laggy

I use the armoury crate app, and under sync devices Aura Performance Mode option ,which is supposed to fix that issue.

Doesn't work either still laggy

Can you try a slower speed for the colour changing? Pick something like the rainbow.

Also check how high your CPU/MEM is, as either being maxed out could be casuing the issue.

 

I did have a simular issue and had to remove each item from the sync list, and add them back in one at a time. It seemed to clear what ever issue was in the system. Could be worth a try.

It's on 6% with the effects and the switching the sync settings didnt work too

I solved it by myself now instead of running armoury crate as lighting control i installed the AURA software and its working all good now. Armoury Crate was the issue

Ok good you solved it. Not sure why armoury crate was causing such an issue. I sorta need to use it since I have different company parts and its the only way to sync ram/board/case lights for my parts.

Yeah im not sure too but i think armoury crate is just shit for lighting control. I kinda like armoury crate but asus should really fix this issue
