how do I setup a linuxs web sever

if u are connecting the server to the domain... idk why u need that for apache. But anyway the dns address of the apache server needs to be the ip of the Domain controller. Then it can authenticate to the dc and join the domain

If this is a from your home  to use as a web site you will need to change some of your router settings to point to it. 

If you read the same things as others and say the same things they say, then you're perceived as intelligent.
