must be one of the weird issue that was lately in pcie 4.0 when trying to run stuff in pcie 3.0, assuming the drive is mounted correctly is it possible to set the nvme slot to 3.0 and see if it resolves the issue?

How can i change just the nvme to 3.0 and not the gpu slot? On a Asus B550-A gaming

that must be handled on the UEFI BIOS. As for exactly how sorry i dont uses asus desktop motherbaords to tell you so you will have to try finding the option, im sure there's anyone else willing to assist you of course.
