Win+Ctrl+Shift+B resets your drivers so that may temporarily fix the problem. After that you should look in task manager to see what's downloading (or if it actually is downloading). If there is another driver downloading then you can try letting it finish and installing it. If there isn't actually anything downloading then restarting the computer and trying to download the drivers again may help. 

This is what worked when mine got messed up last, it could also be a more specific issue, in which case more specific info about your GPU/drivers would be important.
