Specs:
I5 4590
MSI RX 480 4GB GAMING X
12 GB DDR3 ram
650 watt PSU
Iv tried:
clean DDU
Reinstalling win 10
Clean the gpu with compressed air & rethermal paste it
Updated all drivers
Some info about the gpu:
i bought the gpu used in like 2019 from a guy iv known that worked with selling PCs and stuff, iv bought it for 60$ then i put it in but it didnt work, i tried donwloading the drivers and it didnt work, so i went to the device manager and saw a yellow triangle on the gpu... iv then called him and he told me to return it so he will download some bios for it so it will work. then it worked but i kept getting blackscreens, so i undervolted it to -15 and then it kinda worked until now when everytime i get the blackscreen
the blackscreen mostly happens when i try to join a server in RUST and when i play 2 games in r6 and then go look at Battlepass and shop
Iv had this issue for a long time and i had enough of this bullshit...

Just to mention i tried doing a userbenchmark test and when it went to the GPU part, the PC just blackscreened like this. And then i was seeing some white pixels on my monitor when i rebooted my PC on. And then it started to repair the SSD disk. When it finally came on my GPU was disabled by win 10 and my gpu drivers were deleted. Iv then done a clean DDU and downloaded new drivers but i still get the blackscreen

Anyone that sold an RX480 for $60 knew full well it was damaged hardware, but tried to make it "work" to prevent you from being mad. You should have handed this back to him and took your money elsewhere. Cut your losses and buy another GPU as this probably has some hardware (or at the very least, BIOS) faults.

from my guess and the 60$ price I am guessing that this was a mining GPU.... The bios thingy you mentioned leads me to believe that it had a custom bios before and the Guy just forgot to reflash it before selling it. You could maybe try reflashing the bios yourself as a last resort. But a stock bios not a 3rd party manufacturer one
