What parts do you still have ? You have the GPU, a crappy one but do you have other things in your prebuilt you could use in your next build ?

Btw GPU prices should come down soon.

sup man, what graphics card do you have currently from your prebuilt?

if you dont care about RGB i would drop the new CPU cooler because the 5600 has a pretty good stock cooler so you can save there.

you dont have any ram listed which you will for sure need. you can go on amazon or Newegg and find some really good deals.

everything else seems pretty great the only thing is that if you want to save you can do a non modular power supply and that can save you some $$ or you can salvage your old PSU depending on the wattage.

He wants to stream and game on 6C/12T. I think it's gonna throttle. On a testbench, only CPU stress, it goes up to 80°C and throttles giving up 0.1Ghz to get back under 80°C. In a closed case, with GPU adding up heat as well, I'm pretty sure it is gonna throttle and loose more than 0.1Ghz. Just a bit, but I think a cheap tower cooler whould solve this problem for 20$.

not a typo, i would just like to save money instead of spending it all, but i am willing to spend if worth it

Makes sense, my bad. What kind of games would you be planning on streaming/playing? Also, could you list the specs of your pre-built, if possible?

Ok, my bad again. If you're trying to save some money, I'd keep all of the components you have listed in the Pcpartpicker list and buy a new graphics card, RAM, and possibly a monitor or other peripherals such as nicer mic, webcam, lights or anything else for streaming. The things you have listed now should do just fine for playing the games you listed, and if you need to upgrade to a better CPU or something else you can later on. If you're willing to spend to make your experience better ASAP, the lists other people have sent should do you well.

When we already are on a solid 750$ without a GPU (prob. +400$) then we can probably add a 500GB boot drive for 60$. Like the Samsung 980 500GB. 1Tb could become short if there are videos/VODs being stored on the PC.

You can also always use the previous drives you had in your prebuilt.

Btw GPU prices should become normal again in the near future.

I whould say RTX 3060. At least.

If your monitor isnt already good, then consider also upgrading the monitor. 144Hz, FreeSync/G-sync, 1440p?
