I was in training mode while playing Rocket League and my screen just started stuttering. My gpu usage went down then up and my cpu usage seemed to be up and down the entire time. Why has this happened? I have overclocked my gpu with msi afterburner but even when its not overclocked it glitches. In MSI afterburner, I put power limit to max at 120% and it still glitches.

What's running the background while that's happening? If you have another display, watching Task Manager organized with CPU usage while trying to play is the best way to do this.

Ryzen 7 7800x3D -  Asus RTX4090 TUF OC- Asrock X670E Taichi - 32GB DDR5-6000CL30 - SuperFlower 1000W - Fractal Torrent - Assassin IV - 42" LG C2 - Windows 11 Pro

I have youtube running in the background. I have MSI Afterburner detach monitoring going while playing the game so when it glitches I take those pictures.

What I meant was watching the CPU usage of all your processes while this is happening to find out if something is causing it.

Example. Note its organized by CPU usage.

Okay I played rocket league and the stutter came back near the end of the game. Here are some pics of task manager. There seemed to be no apparent problem.

I'm not sure if you're not reading what I was saying or don't understand but take another look at my last post. Notice how i'm in the Processes tab?

I checked the processing tab and there was nothing out of the ordinary, i checked before i opened the game and once the game started stuttering and nothing hanged much. It was only the cpu/gpu usage, that is why i showed you those screens.
