I have spent alot of time on this after only just fixing my frametime spike issue...

I have bought 3 monitors, my current one is listed as g-sync compatible although its gone from having screen tear in all games to some not and some do.

What are the best options on nvidia control panel for this, also should i uncap my framerate in game and only use rtss to cap framerate?

None of my parts in my pc are deficient they have been testes.

My cables a have been swapped so my cables are not the issue.

I have tried multiple drivers also.

Somebody please help me as all i have gotten since starting on pc is issues and since i sold my series x in feb and got my pc i have not been able to enjoy playing games.

I have gsync + vsync ON in the nvidia control panel, and no FPS cap in either nvcp or rtss. Enabling a fps cap in game with these settings shouldn't cause tearing.

using that doesn't help me either its a shame, but even if it did i wouldn't use it as i dont enjoy the slower responsiveness.

Did you overclock your GPU? Maybe it's unstable. Is it only happening with G-Sync or also without?

In game turn off Vsync and set FPS limit to off or unlimited. Then you can limit it in RTSS.

I assume you run Windows. You can try DDU and install the newest driver. If it didn't help try the same with an older driver.

I have tried them settings and the only boost i have is from nvidia but i do not know if that is still tuned as i have clean reset my pc from then?

I will try ddu and do another installation of the newest driver.

And it happens all games without and some games with gsync.
