If you watch the screen during bootup it will likely tell you to press F11 to show the boot menu.

Additionally, the Boot Priority section is right there in the upper center section of the screen in the image you posted.

If you don't yet notice, the ddr speed of your ram is 2666 mhz, even though it is likely rated for higher speeds.


click the "xmp profile 1" button near the top left and enable the option that says Extreme Memory Profile (XMP). Then hit F10 on your keyboard, save changes and exit. 
XMP can be enabled by clicking on the XMP button in BIOS

ah my friend told me that new built pcs shouldnt instantly turn it on, cause its dangerous or something ( i built my pc today)

it's not dangerous, but you can enable later, that way if something fails in the first week you know its not XMP.
