1 vertical line

Hey guys! so long story short. When i go to boot my computer and shortly after a couple of mins of being on, there is one particular vertical line that appears on the left side of my monitor and when i hit the windows key or after a short period of time, the line goes away ???? could this be a sign a failing graphics card already? i haven't even had this card for more than 4 months?
