My pc keeps restarting

My pc just keeps randomly shutting off and I have no idea why it has been working fine for about 5 months until the last week where it keeps randomly shutting down and then failing to reboot after could anyone no what’s wrong with it?

specs:

ryzen 7 3800x stock cooler

rtx 2060 windforce oc

2x 8gb 3600mhz Corsair vengeance rgb

asus b450-f gaming ii 

Corsair 650w psu 

Samsung 970 evo 

corsair 220t

I had similar problem, but it was RAM related, so you can try to re-seat the RAM modules.

That's easiest thing to start with.

Update your bios, maybe it helps.

Other than that, you could also re-seat your ram sticks.

If that doesn't help, you have 3 suspects left: the cpu, the mainboard or the psu.

My brother in law had a similar problem, and it was the cpu (ryzen 2600 i think) that caused the restarts.

Good idea you got there with BIOS update.

I have reseated my ram, if it restarts again I’ll try update my bios.
