Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Im upgrading from a console i will be buying a pre-build from cyberpower pc because of the customization opinion , 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) or higher is required  refresh rate 144 Hz

i need a very amazing headset that is comfortable and maybe noise canceling, a good keyboard definitely light up. i need really good webcam. i need a comfortable gaming chair hopefully one that can last for hours of game-play. a 144 Hz monitor 3 of them.and also and really good mic noise canceling audio adjustable.
