I need help! Compatibility issues

So as you know, Windows 11 got released. And I want to try it out.

But here's the thing, I know my MoBo's got TPM 2.0 enabled and fTPM switch is on (As you can see in the image attached)

But somehow, I cannot download windows 11 (Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your channel options will be limited.)

Although microsoft listed my CPU as being compatible (2nd image below).

I've changed the bios settings, I've enabled secure boot. But still, nothing.

Are they compatible or not? I really need to get this sorted.
