I need some advice

PC part list

Pc part picker says 'Some AMD B550 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vermeer CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.' is this a going to be a problem? How can i lower the price on the motherboard without taking away any features? Is the power supply wattage ok?  Will the cooler be sufficient?
