CPU replacement help!

Hello, I'm new here.
Just wanted to ask where I can find a cpu replacement for an E5-521 laptop, it's a BGA769 (FT3b) processor, It's a soldered type cpu. I've checked the country (Philippines) I'm in but it I think they phased out already. Cheers!
EDIT: Or better yet, a cpu I can use for the said laptop.

Replacing a CPU on a laptop is remarkably difficult, near impossible without the proper tools and training. Your best bet is going to be getting a new laptop if you want a new CPU.

if it's soldered to the board, you're not upgrading it.

You'll need to get a new laptop. Even if there was a CPU available that would be considered an upgrade it wouldn't be trivial to install it.
