Hybernate vs shutdown

I have the strix scar g15 2021 with 1+2TB nvme SSD 

I always leave it in hybernate mode instead of shutting down. Will this effect the system in any manner in the long term?

No. However it is good to restart your computer once in a while. But you'll know when you need a restart because your PC will feel a little slower when browsing web/launching games etc

While it won't necessarily harm the system I do recommend at least once every few days restarting the computer. It will cause your computer to clear out any things temporarily stored in memory that could cause it to slow down, additionally it's a good opportunity to install updates.
