As long as they are both GTX 460s then yes. They will run with the lower cards vram/clock speeds though. In this case your limited to 768MB of ram.

If I were to buy a GTX 460 with 768 MB of RAM and a GTX 460 with 1 GB of RAM, could i run them in SLI?
I just want to know as a hypothetical so i don't get burned if i can't find better dual GPU solutions for cheaper later on
