I'm confused

Can I use my CPUs internal graphics for streaming even if my motherboard doesn't have IGPU. I want to get the MSI Z490 Unify, i9-10900k and 3060. my main use is streaming.

The mobo wouldn't have an iGPU. That's part of the CPU, given it has one. The 10900K does have an iGPU, though.

Motherboards do not have integrated graphics since 10+ years, it's dependent on the CPU. an i9-10900k does have intel's UHD 630 integrated graphics. The only intel chips lacking an iGPU have a "F" suffix.

The CPU has an iGPU gut the mobo has no display outputs so its BIOS might be hardcoded to have the iGPU disabled.

 

Have to go through the BIOS settings and see if there's something to enable it.

Quite right and without any video outputs on the MoBo, isn't it a moot point?  You can't hook up a monitor.  I think this is the first time I've seen a MoBo without such support.  Perhaps the general expectation is that the user will install a GPU.  I wonder if Intel will start making more 'F' CPUs in light of this.

Well you could use Quicksync, that's what OP wants to do.

That's not new, there are quite a few that pass on the display outputs, mostly on the super "gamer" models or very high end ones where anyone purchasing those wouldn't run without a GPU anyway. More useful to use the room on the back panel for more USB, LAN ports etc... and room on the board itself for RGB or something.

Actually had a look and first Google result says that board doesn't even have hardware to power the iGPU, so no you can't use it in any way.
