High CPU usage

Hi guys, my gf PC is showing abnormal CPU usage after a format (done last weekend). We formated the PC because she was having little stutter and lag in Apex mainly, but usually without fps drops. Now, she can't even play a "light game" without RivaTuner and HWinfo showing almost 100% CPU usage. Task manager only shows high CPU usage from the game and the image stutters and lag, always without fps drops or temps above 60⁰ C.Any advice o clue?

I've heard that one of my friends had the same issue on his PC after the last windows update. I don't know what he did, tho. I'd try reinstalling all drivers.

Could u ask ur frien if he solved the issue? And how?

He told me that he just used another installation of windows on his backup disk.
