What's the difference between these?

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming (light-medium), Photoshop, discord calls, music recording, viewing twitch. 

Other details I'm currently using a Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air with a i5- 8250u and an mx150 GPU. my setup right now is my laptop connected to a monitor and hub for peripherals. lately its struggling with a discord video call and a light game or even watching twitch at the same time. I'm looking to buy an AMD NUC as a stop gap solution to use for up to a year before I can afford an actual pc. I'm just looking to put together something faster than what I have now as cheaply as possible.

 

The base I'm looking to buy is the ASUS Mini PC PN50 BBR048MD (£310) from https://www.scan.co.uk/products/asus-barebone-mini-pc-pn50-bbr048md-amd-ryzen-5-4500u-ddr4-displayport-14-ax-wifi-gbe-m2-pcie-25-sat

 

The main problem I'm having is deciding on the RAM to put in the machine. I've found two very similar models but they're at different price points:

They seem to be running at similar speeds but the set from amazon seems suspiciously cheap, can anyone tell me if there is a big difference I'm missing, and would one be more suitable than the other?

Just go straight to 3200mhz sodimm instead, the higher the ram speed the better especially for ryzen and an igpu

CMSX16GX4M2A3000C18 - 3000 MT/s, CL 18-20-20-38 (the one from Scan)

‎CMSX16GX4M2A2933C19 - 2933 MT/s, CL 19-19-19-47 (the one from Amazon)

 

The first one is slightly faster and has slightly lower latency. I suppose both of these command a premium even though it's not that much better.
