PC Will Stop Playing Music Randomly

I built my own pc and randomly throughout the day while using my pc and listening to music on Spotify the song will randomly stop playing or get stuck in a 1 second loop. My PC also will not allows me to pause/play/skip any song when this issue is happening. When this issue is happening it also causes issues for all music streaming platforms not just spotify like amazon music. However, I can watch videos with sound and experience no problems. 

 

I currently am using a AMD Ryzen 9 CPU with a ASRock B550 motherboard. I know that there are issues with USB connectivity with this combo of PC parts. I already updated BIOS to try and fix this USB connectivity issue. Could the USB connectivity issue be related to my PC not being able to play music?

When this issue happens the only way to fix it is to restart computer.
