Windows 10 Network error

Hello, I got a new SSD which is the Samsung 970 evo 1T and I reinstalled Windows 10 Pro onto it and when ever I try and download anything on any browser it keeps saying network error and I have to keep clicking resume until the download finishes. This is really annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

Things I've tried: 

-Changing the wireless adapter on my PC

-Updating the wireless adapter dirvers 

-Reinstalling Windows 10 again 

-Installing all the Windows 10 updates 

(issue doesn't happen on Windows 7)

It's a networking issue for sure. But just in case you suspect the SSD, go ahead and download the Samsung Magician utility to run a diagnostic against the drive.

I checked my health, its good. I'm pretty certain its a Windows 10 issue. I tested Windows 7 and it doesn't have this issue.

Does the internet work otherwise? Can you watch youtube, etc? Or does it not work at all? Also, do you have any antivirus software installed/running?

My internet is working and no I don't any anti-virus software.
