New budget PC

Country: Poland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: CS:GO, LoL, GTA V, any new 3A games even on low details.

Other details Already have GTX 960 2GB, Patriot Burst SSD, SilentiumPC case, Vero L3 500W, Monitor and keyboard/mouse set.
My budget is very low and for now i just want to buy MB, processor and RAM. It's very likely that i will improve my PC specs in future but for now i have to stick to my budget.
I was thinking about Ryzen 3 1200 AF or Intel i3-10100F. Which of them will be better with the possibility of improvement. Maybe you have better ideas?
After that i need good motherboard (maybe some with 4 RAM banks?) and RAMs with good timing for processor and MB.

id say, keep playing on low graphics and save money and keep a eye out for specials /used items. ( Protect yourself from buyers Remorse and buying cheap things or overpriced) (Get something you need(want) instead of settling)

ohh, i forgot to mention that now i have old i3-4130 so even CS or Lol are unplayable. Even very budget but new processor will help me, it's all i can get
