I have an AMD A4 5000 with built in radeon graphics. I must say it's not the best and up to date cpu as it released in 2013, but after hearing about windows 11 and overall slowness of my pc, I was wondering is there an upgraded or better option using the same socket?
My cpu is always maxed out between 80-99% on task manager which I'm guessing isn't great and thats just running discord and task manager open.

Your CPU is not socketed, it is soldered directly to the motherboard and can not be upgraded (reasonably).

Main: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti, 16 GB 4400 MHz DDR4 Linux - Fedora
