Looking for a slim waterblcok compatible with Kraken G12

Right, so my graphics card may be dying. 

 

I have a Zotac 1080ti mini and that thing was running toasty since the day I got it 2 years ago. Problem is now the games started crashing.

So I figured I'd slap a waterblock on it and see what happens. Problem is, nobody makes custom waterblocks for it anymore, so my only option is to use Kraken G12. The deeper problem is I'm using a microATX, so from the edge of GPUs PCB I only have around 45mm of space. That immediately rules out X53 I was going to use as according to the spec sheet I've found, the block is 55mm tall.

 

Are there any AIOs compatible with G12 that will fit my tiny clearance or am I to put that PC in a bin, as I'm not paying £900 for 3070?

Why not just replace the thermal paste? It's an older card so that has most likely dried up.

 

I can quite easily find used waterblocks on ebay and stuff still.
