Is there any document of Pep 8 that I can safely download?

Do you mean this guide ? PEP 8 -- Style Guide for Python Code | Python.org

 

The bottom of the page has a link to .txt  (markdown) format of the page : https://github.com/python/peps/blob/master/pep-0008.txt

 

You could just say Print to PDF if you have some virtual printer ... ex pdf24.org or whatever (Microsoft print to pdf)

 

You could use Developer Tools in your browser to disable/delete everything outside the content and save to HTML or PDF

I did that and saved to html and then ran the HTML through adobe acrobat pro to create PDF from it .
