Get the FSP...personally i would only buy corsair above the GS Series. And even then i probably wouldn't.

 

Since i doubt you need 400 Watt, 350 Watt are probably enough if you can wait a little bit...get something good, like this one http://geizhals.de/eu/fsp-fortron-source-fsp350-60egn-90-350w-atx-2-3-a673753.html (It lists all vendors in europe)

 

I installed this one i a couple of PC's and they are all working flawlessly and use very little power. One has an Athlon 750K and a HD7870 build in. It only draws about 190 Watts from the wall with one SSD and 8 GB of 1,5 Volt DDR3
